They are encrypted in transit and at rest. Data from each negotiation is kept separate from every other negotiation.
An account alone does not provide participant access. Each participant must be added individually, and the server verifies access on every request.
What you upload is used only to run your negotiation. Your documents remain yours.
Each submitted round is shown with its author and time. A point closes only after both parties have approved it.
